Positive, The breakfast was surprisingly good, especially with the waffle maker. The room was clean and modern, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly, and the location allowed easy access to public transport. I enjoyed the nice lounge area.

No free internet and I expect all the hotels of Booked.net I book with at lest free Wi-Fi since internet is very important nowadays!

Recently refurbished and clean place to stay in, it has pleasant staff who serves in the night shift. They serve tasty and delicious breakfasts for all tastes with orange juice and coffee out of thermos and boiled eggs.

Comfortable beds with excellent transport links.

Proximity to St Andrews Church where we sang in a Choir Festival. Lovely garden outside the dining room.

I enjoyed my stay! The breakfast spread was excellent, and nothing beats a refreshing shower after a day out. It's a cozy spot, but the room felt a bit cramped for two. Still, I'll be back next time I'm in Brussels!

The service was very effecient, personal and friendly. The room, very small, but clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal for exloring the city, dining out and shopping.

Clean and modern rooms with effective air conditioning.

Unfortunately, I faced several inconveniences . The breakfast options were not varied enough. I noticed that the lack of hand towels was disappointing, as well as the fact that I had to search through drawers to find cutlery for my meals.

The room was very small which was expected from the price. The sink was clogged and everytime I opened the water It filled in a matter of seconds. The room was not very clean

The area, in the business district was poor, while it didn't feel unsafe there were lots of prostitutes around the streets. The lift wasn't working, although they did offer to move us to lower floors.

The Ibis hotel was great with clean, modern rooms, and an excellent breakfast spread that included freshly squeezed orange juice and made-to-order waffles. The staff's warmth and the hotel's vibrant yet cozy vibe were nice.

No hand towels.

Everything is good. The stuff there are very helpful. Breakfast is good. Even though the room is not big, but it still very comfortable. The streets nearby are very quiet.

Very far from the center train station. It took us 20 mins to take bus no. 38 from center station to the hotel. We have to go to the airport in the morning from the hotel and we waited about 25 mins for the bus no. 38. We are very much worried to miss our flight. But fortunately, we arrived on time.
